With the coming of Spring many members will be getting out to copy the inscriptions of Crawford County cemetery. In order to avoid needless duplication of effort, the Newsletter will publish the (names of) cemeteries in the county that are known to be copied.
Baptist – Sec 16 N of T-71 and W of C-47 (no known burials here but listed in 1912 Crawford Co History)
Goodwill (M.E. Church) – Sec 19, S of T-70, E of T-73
Handley – (1912 Crawford Co History says it was one mile NW of Tiro – No evidence of it now.
Hanna – Sec 22, NW cor. C-47 and T-71.
Oakland – Sec 31, NW of S.R.98, SW of Penn Cent. RR tracks
Our Mother of Sorrows (Catholic N. Auburn) – Sec 7, N of T-67 and W of C-208
Swail (Cory, Hertzer or Herzer, Miller) – Sec. 8, 4 Mile E of New Washington, on SR 103 800′ N from Rd.
Tiro Mausoleum – Sec. 31, At Oakland Cemetery, NW of SR 98, SW of Penn Cent. RR tracks.
Unknown Burial Plot – Sec. 17, 4 mile E of New Washington, S of SR 103. (This land is now farmed; cemetery is abandoned)

LEGALS
Due to the deterioration of the mausoleum at the Oakland Cemetery on SR 98 west of Tiro, Ohio, the Auburn Township trustees has determined that the mausoleum to be unsafe and beyond repair and will begin to make contact with descendants for the removal of their ancestors.
The following is a list of those who are still interred: Cora Mitchell, Woods Mitchell, Christina Eckels, Harriett Heer, Frank Freeze, John Brown, Mary Brown, Sara Frazee, T.J. Warner, Harvey McCullough, Mary McCullough, Jos Walter, Rachel Walter, Ida Hoyt, Margaret Reed, Edna Swartz, Catherine Cox, Abraham Loudon, Cora M. Loudon, Ellen Blair, J.W. Blair, Isaac Reed, William Bridgman, Francis Bridgeman, Samuel Welshons, Stephen Brehman, Mary L Brehman.
