Class of 1904

Enid Anderson has been teaching a district school near Galion.

            Jesse Barr accepted a position as bookkeeper for the Dennig Company of Galion, and is still with them.

            Clara Cronenwett is a bookkeeper in the office of the A. Howard Buggy Company of Galion.

            Allie Diamond spent one year at C.S.A.S. at Cleveland after which he was employed by the Erie R. R. as a clerk. He is now engaged with his father in the hardware business in Galion.

            Wilbur Elser was employed by the Erie R. R. for some time as a clerk, but is now taking a course in agriculture at O.S.U., Columbus.

            Effie Ely has been teaching district school near Galion.

            Arthur Freese is taking a course at Ann Arbor, Michigan.

            Edna Flanery engaged in journalistic work for a while but is now employed in the U. E. Campbell book store.           

            Rose Ila Grindell taught district school for some time, but is now employed in the office of the A. Howard Buggy Company of Galion.

            Paul Guinther spent two years at W. R. U., Cleveland, but is now studying at Wooster University, where he is also employed as Instructor in the commercial branches in the Preparatory Department.

            Naomi Holmes is engaged as bookkeeper at The Citizens National Bank, Galion.

            Mable Jones attended Business college at Bucyrus and at present is employed as stenographer in Galion.

            Ethel Kincaid was employed as bookkeeper for the Galion Water Works Company, but is now engaged in journalistic work with the Sun-Review Publishing Company of Galion.

            Carrie Lanius is employed as clerk by Chas. Mang of Galion.

            Vivia Larkworthy was employed as stenographer and bookkeeper in the office of The Home Building and Loan Company of Galion, and also as stenographer for the Galion Metallic Vault Company until the spring of 1907 when she resigned her position.

            Clara Miller was employed in the office of The Sun Review Printing Company for some time but is now stenographer to J. G. Shillinger, Big Four Superintendent of Maintenance of Way.

            Wesley Miller was employed by the Erie R. R. as store room clerk until the spring of 1907 when he removed to Phoenix, Arizona.

            Courtland Meuser was employed by the Erie R. R. as assistant store house keeper until the spring of 1907 when he resigned to study medicine with Dr. H. W. Todd.

            Edgar Mahla was employed by the Erie R. R. for some time as a clerk in the Galion offices, but has since been transferred to Youngstown where he has an excellent position.

            Lizzie Ricksecker resides with her father in Galion.

            Edith Poister is employed at the Freese Works, Galion, as cost clerk.

            Dorothy Shuls is employed as stenographer by Squire Shumaker of Galion.

            Ruby Pitkin taught district school near Galion for some time, but is now a clerk in the jewelry store of O. H. Pitkin, Galion.

            Rodney Reese attended O.S.U. at Columbus for one year after which he entered the services of the Erie R.R. at Marion, Ohio, and has been promoted until he is now chief rate clerk over a force of about thirty-five men.

            Ethel Wilson is at the Cooper Institute in New York, studying the art of painting.             Tacy Gledhill is engaged as a teacher in the district schools near Galion.
