Class of 1906

John Green is employed in the electrical department of the Westinghouse Company at Pittsburg.

            Hilda Sickmiller is employed as stenographer at the office of Dr. Morgan in this city.

            Ada Whitesell is employed by C. Burr Marsh, the photographer.

            Vassar Dressler has a position as bookkeeper at the G. L. Stiefel’s grocery.

            Clara Manzer is employed as stenographer in the law office of L. C. Barker.

            Minnie Kreiter is at home on South Columbus street.     

            Fred Guinther is taking a course at Wooster University.

            Helen Larkworthy is employed as bookkeeper at the Galion Enquirer office.

            Ethel Adair completed a course in a Business College at Cleveland and now has a position as stenographer in the law office of a Law Company in Cleveland.

            Herbert Baker was employed as salesman in Petty & Starr’s shoe store for some time, later excepting a position at Liggett’s drug store.

            Francis Gottdiener attended Women’s College at Painsville for several weeks but was obliged to return home on account of ill health.

            Hazel Mains is employed as bookkeeper in the office of Attorney H. Schuler.

            Cora Gillespie made an extended visit in Pennsylvania and is now at her home in Galon.

            Hazel Brown completed a course in the Mansfield Business College, after which she served for some time as stenographer at the Chilled Plow Works at Mansfield and later accepted a position at the Hydraulic Press Works at Mt. Gilead where she is now employed.

            Blanche Kieffer served as substitute teacher in this city but is now teaching in the country.

            Clark Schneeberger is taking a course at the Morgan Engineering Works at Alliance.

            Lena Monroe has a position as stenographer at the Glove Factory in this city.

            Muriel Herbold is taking a post graduate course in the commercial branches.

            Mert Brown has a position in a drug store in Columbus.

            Sylvia Colmery is teaching school in the vicinity of Mt. Gilead.

            Kenneth Marsh has a position in an Erie railroad office at Galion.

            Harold Rowe is also employed in an Erie office in Galion.

            Grace Flagle is employed as cashier in C.F. Frank’s dry goods store at Crestline.

            Russel James has a position as clerk in an Erie official’s office in New York City.

            Edna Lowe is taking a course in the girl’s college at Roanoke, Va.

            Dean Talbott is taking a course in Ohio State University at Columbus.

            Stella Morton is a student teacher in the Galion schools.

            Carl Tracht is employed as salesman at the Globe Clothing house.

            Norma Snyder is taking a post graduate course in G.H.S.

            Virginia Reese is taking a course at the Lakeside Hospital at Cleveland fitting herself to be a nurse.

            Mart Helfrich has a position in Seemann’s Drug store.

            Edna Berger has been remaining at home.

            Horace E. Freese is attending Case school at Cleveland.

            Oscar Block is attending the Art Institute at Cincinnati.

            Gertrude Sutter is at her home in Norwalk.

            Leo Shultz was employed for several months at Evans & Kurley’s grocery, after which he accepted a position in the Erie railroad office and later went to Marion to accept a position in the Transfer office in that city.

            Laura Bryfogle made a ten weeks visit in New York City during the winter and is now at her home in Galion.

            Lois Priest was employed as stenographer by the Preservo Manufacturing Co. for several months after which she accepted a position as bookkeeper in the Galion Leader office.
