According to Janet’s research, Simeon PARCHER was born 1788/9 in either Maine or Vermont. A birth certificate or church record of the birth has not been found. Daniel PARCHER (b. 1756, d. 1808) is his father and Patience HARFORD (b. 1763, d. 1830) is his mother.
